As a professional, I’m a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and Supervisor (LMFT-S) in the state of Texas (license #201269).

I work with individuals, couples, and families of all cultures and ethnicities and across the life cycle, addressing concerns including (but not limited to); anxiety/depression, interpersonal issues, work/life balance, parenting, and relationships issues for heterosexual, gay, lesbian and/or trans couples.

I have many modalities in my therapeutic toolbox in order to work with people of different backgrounds and personalities. What works for one person may not work for another, making it important for me to have a wide knowledge base.

As a person, I’m a mother, daughter, wife, sister, friend, and much more. Like you, there are many layers to what makes up 'me'. I’ve been fortunate enough to have lived, worked, and played for extended periods in various parts of the world, including Canada, Mexico, Lebanon and West Africa (Côte d'Ivoire).

While I love working with people of different cultures, I’m just as fascinated by the differences among American families. There are so many different family cultures even within the same geographic location!
