While it’s true that clients come in with different presenting issues, a common goal for me is to help you feel more whole by integrating the many aspects of yourself. I offer a safe, collaborative space in which we work together to bring your feelings into awareness, have compassion for these feelings, and explore the ways in which they produce symptoms within you that hinder your ability to form a deep connection with yourself and others.
Successful therapy relieves your symptoms such as the compulsion to fight or flee, to eat/drink/etc. too much, to project inappropriate expectations onto self/others, or whatever the cycle is that you may find yourself stuck in. We work together to achieve greater understanding and insight, leading to more successful management of life’s obstacles and increased satisfaction in your life.
